I was able to secured the house I wanted, in the neighborhood I wanted, for the price I wanted…thanks to my realtor, Chad! From the very first conversation, he focused on understanding exactly what I was looking for, and he immediately went to work finding properties that met my requirements. The real estate market is incredibly competitive for buyers right now, so I was bracing myself for a rocky home buying experience, but with Chad’s guidance and professionalism, I had no issues at all finding and securing my new home. I told Chad that I wanted to find a home in a specific sub-division. He sent me a link of a home that had just hit the market. The listing didn’t even have pictures on it yet, so Chad drove over to the home right away, was able to give me a video tour of the place. The house checked all of the boxes on my checklist, so Chad immediately went to work putting together a competitive (but reasonable) offer. Chad is adamant about the fact that he doesn’t want his clients paying more for a house than its worth, and he’s not a realtor who pushes you outside of your established budget. He really works hard to find you the best house for you. Chad’s communication skills are what set him apart! When he saw we were interested in a home, he immediately called the seller/agent and quickly established rapport with her. He found out exactly what type of offer she was looking to accept, and he crafted our offer accordingly. Chad even called my lender, and had my lender proactively call the seller/agent to provide even more motivation for the seller to select our offer. The seller ultimately chose us, even though she received multiple offers that were even higher than our offer. At our closing, the seller made it very clear that Chad’s professionalism and responsiveness was a key reason she decided to sell the house to us. He instilled confidence in her, and she wanted to work with him to get to the closing table. Chad knows the real estate business very well. He knows how to advocate for his buyers, and he knows how to instill confidence in sellers/agents. I am grateful that I had Chad on my team during this process, and I will gladly recommend him to any friends and family.
